TENORE ACADEMY –

ATTENDANCE, CANCELLATION, AND MAKE-UP POLICY

To ensure that the educational programs offered at Tenore Academy progress in an organized, efficient, and sustainable manner, the following rules apply.

LESSON SYSTEM

• All lessons are scheduled as 45-minute sessions.

• Instructions are delivered as one-on-one (private), 2-person, or 4-person group lessons.

• Lessons are organized and purchased in packages of 4 sessions.

​

LESSON CANCELLATION AND MAKE-UP SESSIONS

       One-on-One (Private) Lessons

• Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.

• For cancellations made at least 24 hours prior, a make-up lesson will be scheduled.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be counted as a completed session and will not be made up.

       2-Person Lessons

• Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.

• For timely cancellations, make-up opportunities will be evaluated based on schedule availability.

• Late cancellations will be counted as a completed session.

​

       4-Person Group Lessons

• Group lessons are conducted on a fixed schedule.

• No make-up lessons will be provided for students who are unable to attend.

• Missed group lessons are counted within the package framework and are non-refundable.

​

        LATE ARRIVALS

• If a student arrives late, the lesson time will not be extended.

• Lesson scheduling remains fixed to avoid affecting other students' timetables.

​

  INSTRUCTOR-DRIVEN CANCELLATIONS

• In the event of an instructor-initiated cancellation, the lesson will always be made up.

• The make-up lesson will be scheduled based on mutual availability.

​

PRICING AND PACKAGE SYSTEM

• Lessons are conducted strictly through a package system.

• Pricing information is shared after the trial lesson and is customized to the student's current proficiency level and goals.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

• Regular attendance is essential for the student's musical development and educational efficiency.

• Tenore Academy reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the lesson schedule when deemed appropriate.
